Z Owners Queensland

hi im a 50 yr old z1000 &z1r owner ,single, a rigger by trade, i work with mobile cranes ,i am not computer litterate ,i try to keep fit, tacking up playing squash , i drink very little dont smoke, eat chicken, fish, & sweet goodies, love riding my z when its going , enjoy socialising with the z owners, not keen on hot food or argumentative people,

Have riden zeds since they were released, have owned  my A4 from new, purchased Nov 1975. Next year will be five years that I have been a member, how time fly's.

I have a 07 superglide custom harley as my everyday ride while the zed comes out for club and special occasions only.

Been a member since just before I met Jon at Conondale, he was Prez then. Being a Qld ZOwner member has changed my life, youze noze whatto I meen. First rode a Z1 in NZ in late 73 (on Friday 30/11/73 at around 6pm), love em. Bought a 76 Z late last century, then a Z1A. Now ride a GPX 250 round town, a ZRX1200S(with a couple of accessories) for long trips and recently a ZX12R for short quick trips.  Live in Bundy, always a bed at my place for femalez especially. Best ever trip "Silverton" 02 I think, then Tenterfield 08.

You will see me sometimes on the back of a red Ducati being chauffered around by the other half...Always enjoying a glass or two of bubbles at the pub with friends from the Z club.

Joined the Z Owners back in 96'.. The club has been a big part  of my life eversince.. Some of my closest mates are Z Owners. Mates you can 100% rely on if and when the need arrives. I've held many positions over the years and enjoyed every minute of it. We've had many great rides and parties up and down the east coast of Australia.. "Take the trip" Mate.. I'm still on it !!!!!!!!

Member for just over 1 year...I've found the Z Owners to be a very hospitable and social club...I'm a proud owner of a couple of Z bikes and other's...I attend several rally's through out the year and am up for a ride most weekend's...Great to be here....

I've been associated with the Qld Z Owners along with my fiance Mike who has been a dedicated member for many years (since 1996 I think).

I have enjoyed many a Z Owners motorbike ride (although only as a pillion), events including the sadly now defunct 'Redline Revs' at Lakeside, to the beginnings of and continuing current flagship; the Conondale Rally, Halfway Ride, Midway Rally and the annual attendances at the Ducatti Storey Bridge.

I can usually be found with my usual appendage (camera) snapping away at anything and anyone that amuses or intrigues me.
